
A recent talk by Adjunct Asst. Prof. Joe Pickrell at the Biology of Genomes meeting in Cold Spring Harbor was recently featured in Science. Joe’s talk focused on research currently being conducted with Prof. Molly Przeworski on how the human genome “quickly responds to new conditions in subtle but meaningful ways.” Their interdisciplinary research recently received funding through the 2016 Research Initiatives in Science & Engineering competition.
