Originally from Galway, Ireland, I graduated from the University of Galway (Ollscoil na Gaillimhe), with a B.Sc in Biochemistry in 2019.

Since moving to the U.S.A, my research in the lab of Prof. John Hunt has primarily focused on identifying the mechanism of action for the FDA approved triple combination therapy to treat Cystic Fibrosis.
